Pieces for Peace
Participatory vocal project
2025
Pieces for Peace is a participatory vocal project exploring voice, identity and collective authorship within a correctional context.

Developed through shared vocal practices and processes of collective composition, the project engages participants in the creation of a common sonic space, where individual voices contribute to a collective form.
The work approaches voice as a site of negotiation and expression, where personal narratives and collective dynamics intersect. Through listening, repetition and co-creation, the project activates processes in which authorship becomes distributed and relational.
Rather than focusing on representation, the project investigates how vocal practices can generate conditions for presence, relation and shared articulation.
