Dupli-città
Participatory photography-based project
2025
Dupli-città is a participatory project exploring processes of self-representation, identity and collective gaze through photographic practices.

Developed within a juvenile detention context in Florence, the project engages participants in a shared process of image-making, where photography becomes both a tool of expression and a space of negotiation.
Through individual and collective practices, images are produced and reworked as part of an evolving visual dialogue, activating a shift between personal perspective and collective construction of meaning.
The project investigates how the act of looking — and being looked at — can be reconfigured as a relational process, where identity is not fixed but continuously shaped through exchange and representation.
